01
Evaluation of needs
At this stage, the team identifies the client’s different needs. It is important, therefore, to know the type and quantity of products to be stored, the size of the building as well their exact location. The surface area and the location, indoors or out, will also have an impact on the team’s proposals.
02
Planning
Following the evaluation of needs, a proposal ensuring full compliance with the various aspects of the building code is developed and an estimate is prepared. Every aspect from scheduling to manufacturing and shipping is taken into account.
03
Drawings
Draftsmen then go to work, validating the different surface areas as well as the product’s width and height, to ensure the unhindered admission of materials to be stored. At this stage of the process, the compliance of the client’s choice is validated and different additional requests are included.
04
Preparation of the workshop
Next come preparations for the execution of the project, establishing its different stages, its painting, inspection and shipping as well as its unloading. Every aspect is coordinated between Quatrex and the client to ensure the successful delivery of a product that meets predetermined expectations.
05
Assembly/welding
The various options selected by the client in order to customize his product now come to life inside the workshop where the Quatrex team is at work, assembling parts and preparing for the final steps before delivery.
06
Finish
The final cosmetic elements are added at the finishing stage. Weatherstripping, doorframes and paint are part of the final elements added prior to a compliance review. The finishing step involves the customization of the product’s elements, in order to fully meet the client’s requirements.
07
Quality control
The product’s quality and use are also checked. At this point, the client inspects his product to ensure that it conforms to his initial requests while Quatrex validates the various compliance elements essential to the product’s proper use.
