An initial exploratory discussion allows clients to familiarize themselves with the Quatrex offering. If they then wish to proceed, they can complete the online form making it possible to evaluate their needs.
Evaluating
needs
The client must first complete the form making it possible to define the project’s key requirements. This will allow the Quatrex team to familiarize itself with the needs before producing a quote.
Call from
a representative
An expert from the Quatrex team contacts the client in order to confirm a full grasp of his needs. This is the final step before a proposal is officially presented.
Presentation
of the proposal
The official proposal is based on the evaluation form and the discussion between the client and the Quatrex expert.
